Agreement to Terms
By using our website or hiring FullWorks Porterville Concrete for services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services or website.
These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our services.
Services We Provide
FullWorks Porterville Concrete provides professional concrete contractor services in Porterville, CA and surrounding areas. Our services include driveways, patios, sidewalks, stamped concrete, slabs, foundations, repairs, and retaining walls.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. All service agreements must be confirmed in writing before work begins.
Estimates and Pricing
We provide free estimates for all concrete projects. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date provided. Pricing may change if project scope, materials, or site conditions differ from the original estimate.
Final pricing will be agreed upon before work starts. Any changes to the project scope during work must be approved in writing and may result in additional charges.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. We typically require a deposit before starting work, with the balance due upon completion. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.
Late payments may be subject to additional fees. If payment is not received as agreed, we reserve the right to place a lien on the property where work was performed.
Warranty and Guarantees
We stand behind the quality of our work. Our concrete installations come with a workmanship warranty that covers defects in installation for a specified period outlined in your service agreement.
This warranty does not cover damage from improper use, natural disasters, ground settling beyond normal expectations, or lack of proper maintenance. Warranty claims must be made in writing within the warranty period.
Liability and Insurance
FullWorks Porterville Concrete carries appropriate liability insurance and workers compensation coverage. We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities that are not properly marked before work begins.
You are responsible for calling 811 or arranging for utility location services before we begin work. We are not liable for delays caused by weather, permit issues, or other factors beyond our control.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your project before work begins with written notice. Deposits may be non-refundable if materials have been ordered or scheduling arrangements have been made.
If we need to cancel or reschedule due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible and work with you to find a new date.
